Hi. Thank you for your reply.
We have already replaced both the timing chain, camshaft adjuster and tensioner. These were Febi so I know they are decent quality.
That’s a great video, that’s what I used to ensure the chain timing was perfect.

Hi

my edition 30 has a issue when i signal right the the left signal starts to flash to along with the rear fog light. can anyone advise if they have had this issue. the car was parked for s few weeks and the battery died and had to be jumped

Before sharing the video, one thing I forgot to mention... I said a few posts above I changed the engine oil, moving from Motul 300V 5w40 to Mobil 1 0w40. I noticed that, on track, the Motul oil would peak at around 129 degrees while the Mobil one peaks at 121 degrees. Curious to see how it behaves on the long run...

Hi all
My seats are 2007 onwards as i only have one regulator. I have today swapped the looms over between passenger and driver seat (UK). The only plug now not connected is the blue connector 2 wire which i presume is seat occupancy sensor.
My real Question is I can see the brown wires on both the plugs but ive got different coloured wires. I just want to power up lumba

Get an amp clamp or a multimeter. Set it on the battery and measure mA. Then pull fuses with the car being locked and eventually you will find where your drainage is coming from.

Remember when my ex gf had a new Edition 30 her car had a similar noise it was one of the rollers on the cambelt.

I would remove the aux belt and see if noise stops.

 Audi A3 2.0 TFSI BWA 8P – Cranks but Won’t Start, No CEL
Symptoms:
Engine cranks but won’t start
No check engine light
Throttle body whines normally on ignition
Sunroof and boot lock not working
What I’ve Checked:
Relay 167 clicks when pin 85 is manually grounded
Pin 86 = +12 V ignition fee

It connects from the Blue ECU Control Box plug [T12b Pin 4] to the Steering Wheel Controller [T20b Pin 13] if one was not fitted to your car from factory.

Ideal for a retrofit, but you will also need an appropriate stalk before coding the car. (Stalk and coding are NOT included)

For Sale is my old Pearl Black Edition 30 rear valance. This clips into the upper section of your rear bumper.
This was removed from my golf due someone backing into me at low speed causing surface cracks. (they offered to pay for a new valance)

The surface cracks are around the the number plate area which I've tried to photo the best i can.

The exhaust surround has been bonded back on by the body shop after an encounter with a high kerb a few years ago.

There are storage scratches on the paintwork so will need respraying. You will also need a towing eye cover.

All clips to clip the valance upper bumper section are intact and there is no sign of warping.

This is a genuine valance and was fitted to my ED30 from the factory.
